DaySlash — Terms of Use

Effective: July 8, 2026

The app

DaySlash is a daily planner for iOS operated by KIP Networks LLC ("we"). By using the app you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Purchases

The free tier limits the number of active tasks. The one-time "DaySlash Lifetime" purchase removes that limit permanently on any device signed into the same Apple ID. Purchases are processed and refunded exclusively by Apple under their policies.

Your data

Your calendars, tasks and notes are yours. DaySlash stores them on your device and, if enabled, in your private iCloud database. See the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your own backups (iCloud or device backups).

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app. The app writes only to calendars you designate; you are responsible for the calendars you connect.

Warranty and liability

DaySlash is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KIP Networks LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including missed events or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after publication constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted with a new effective date.
