DaySlash — Privacy Policy

Effective: July 8, 2026

DaySlash is built so that we know nothing about you. There are no accounts, no sign-up, no analytics SDKs, no ad trackers, and no servers of ours.

Your calendars

DaySlash reads the calendars already configured on your iPhone (iCloud, Google, Outlook, Exchange) through Apple's EventKit framework, entirely on your device. Your calendar events are never transmitted to us or to any third party by DaySlash. Time blocks you create are written back to a calendar you choose, using the same on-device framework.

Your tasks and notes

Tasks, private event notes, and day records are stored on your device. If you are signed into iCloud, they sync through your private iCloud database (CloudKit), which only your Apple ID can access. We cannot read this data. If you are not signed into iCloud, everything stays local to your iPhone.

What we collect

Nothing. DaySlash has no backend. We receive no personal data, usage data, or device data. Purchases are processed by Apple; we only receive Apple's standard anonymized sales reports.

Notifications

Block reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. They never leave it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this address with a new effective date.
